You know I really thought it was me,when I didnt really understand the whole Anagolous portrait thing-a-ma-jig.But maybe it wasnt just me,because the whole damn class got it wrong..and WAAAY wrong.You'd think the instructor would notice and say,"Hmmm...maybe this wasnt explained all that well"? Naaaaa.Hate this &%#&*@! class!

I recognized 'Old Saggy Tush' right away and knew this must be you- lol. I told you I liked your style. :-) I was actually doing a search for Donna because I want to see some of her work (still haven't found any) and her name popped up here- hence how I ran across you. I just joined today and needless to say, I don't have time to learn how to use the site or upload any art yet- because, alas, I am also taking C & D- from Donna. But now I have my foot in the door and I. Will. Be. Baaaaack!! (Oh, I called mine "Wrinkly Butt")

I hit a wrong key and my first reply vanished- so if you get 2 from that is why. This is Christy Olsen from Anatomy class. I was doing a search (googled) for Donna Mathene, she is Donna Brown now, because I am interested in seeing some of her work. She is my Color & Design instructor and someone made a reference to her name here on your page and that is how I found "Old Saggy Tush" and immediately recognized your work. I just signed up this morning and any help navigating Deviant Art would be much appreciated! I better get busy painting my current C & D project- lol I knew I put off taking that class for a reason... it's grueling!

Hey Christy! Ok now i feel better..thought I was losing my mind lol.So you too are enduring the torture that is C&D huh?You have my sympathies.I cant friggin wait til the class is over.
Deviant art seems a little confusing,but after time you start to get the hang of it.Its a great way to get feedback on your own work plus there is a huge amount of very talented people on here who will blow your mind!I have many AAU friends on here as well that Ive met just from posting assignments that others recognize from classes.Its nice to have those people to commiserate with when school is frustrating.
Upload some of your work in your gallery area.Its real easy,and you can even upload stuff if you want to sell prints.

Sounds good. I feel like I'm not going to have time to even hang out here until C & D is over. I am waiting for paint to dry on that notebook page assignment this week. I have been messing it up all day! and I still have other work to do too. C & D is grueling!!

So how do I add friends and request friends? And if I want to keep up with what you post I put you on my deviant watch ist? Like I think I just did? lol well, thanks for writing back- see ya!

Thanks for the :+fav: on Pink Center! I've really got to start taking and posting more photos again. It's fun, but this class (and the move) has me SO stressed!
